Redeem your complimentary Qantas Club Lounge Invitations available with the ANZ Frequent Flyer Black credit card.*
Lounge Invitations are uploaded to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account in digital form. Both complimentary Lounge Invitations can be redeemed at the same time. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days prior to departure to avoid any inconvenience.
Complimentary Qantas Club Lounge Invitations are subject to the Complimentary Lounge Invitation Terms and Conditions and Qantas Club Lounge Entry Terms and Conditions.
You must be the primary cardholder of an open and active ANZ Frequent Flyer Black credit card to request Qantas Club Lounge Invitations. Before submitting your request, please ensure the details you provide match the information registered with ANZ. Incorrect or mismatched details may cause delays in processing your request.

Account holders may request no more than two Qantas Club Lounge Invitations in any 12 month period. Qantas Complimentary Lounge Invitations are provided courtesy of ANZ and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Complimentary Lounge Invitations will then be available when you log in to your Qantas Frequent Flyer Account or the Qantas App, provided the account holder is not in breach of the ANZ Credit Card Conditions of Use (PDF) and the account remains open. Each Complimentary Lounge Invitation is valid for a single visit by one guest to a Qantas Club domestic lounge, Qantas International or Qantas International Business Lounge, and must be used prior to the expiry date.
