ANZ have partnered with Aspire Lifestyles (Australia) Pty Ltd (Aspire) to help us process your request for complimentary Qantas Club lounge invitations. Aspire will collect your personal information on ANZ’s behalf.

We may use and disclose this personal information for:

• Assessing and processing your request to redeem complimentary Qantas Club lounge invitations; and
• Any other purposes we have informed you about including in our product terms and conditions booklet.

Without this information, we may not be able to process your Qantas Club lounge invitation request.

We may disclose this personal information to: 

• Other parts of ANZ and ANZ’s related entities;
• alliance partners and other organisations that are in arrangements with ANZ to jointly offer products and services and/or have an arrangement with ANZ to share information;
• agents, contractors and/or service providers;
• Any other parties we have informed you about including in our product terms and conditions booklet;
