About the Qantas Club Lounge Invitation and Redemption Process
1. Who can redeem the QCL Invitation?
ANZ Frequent Flyer Black primary cardholders are eligible to redeem the invitations.
2. How do I redeem the QCL Invitations?
Click on the “Redeem Now” button at the top of the website and enter your Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) Number and email address registered with ANZ.
Alternately, you may contact ANZ Concierge to redeem your complimentary Lounge Invitations via anzconcierge@aspirelifestyles.com or call 1300 580 765 (+61 27907 0805 if you are in overseas).
3. Is the QCL Invitation redemption confirmed after I have submitted my request online?
All request submissions must be verified by Qantas before they can be made available in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account. This process may take up to 5 business days.
4. How long does it take to receive my QCL Invitations after submitting the request?
Qantas Lounge invitations are uploaded to your Frequent Flyer account in digital form, up to 5 business days from the redemption date.
Please allow a minimum of 14 business days prior to departure to avoid any inconvenience.
5. How long are the QCL Invitations valid for?
12 months from the date of issue
6. When am I eligible for my next set of QCL Invitations?
12 months from the last redemption date (i.e. redeemed on the 1st of January 2025, next set is available on the 1st of January 2026).
7. If I did not redeem my QCL Invitation last year, can I redeem an extra set now?
No, every customer is only eligible for 1 set of QCL Invitations in any given 12-month period. It cannot be carried over to the next cycle.
8. Can I cancel my Invitations after I redeemed them?
No, the Invitations cannot be cancelled. They could be used for 12 months after redemption.
About Using the QCL Invitations
9. Do I need to have a booked flight to redeem a QCL Invitation?
No, you do not need to have a booked flight to redeem the QCL Invitations. However, if you have booked a flight, you need to link the Invitations 24 hours prior to using the Qantas Club Lounge.
10. How can I access the QCL Invitation on the Qantas site?
QCL Invitations may be accessed only under the member’s QFF account, under ‘Lounge Invites’ tab. To use them, you need to link your QCL Invitations to the flights at least 24 hours prior to traveling.
11. Where can I use my QCL Invitations
At Qantas-owned and operated Domestic Qantas Club Lounges and International Business Lounges.
12. Can my children enter the Lounge with me?
No, eligible customers cannot bring guests including children.
13. Can I use one QCL Invitation for my entire journey (i.e. on a flight from Sydney to London via Dubai, can I use the passes at both Sydney & Dubai Airport)?
No, each QCL Invitation is valid for one eligible Lounge.
14. Can I purchase additional Invitation?
No, Invitations are not available for purchase.
15. Can someone else use the QCL Invitations?
Yes, the QCL Invitations can be transferred online to another Qantas Frequent Flyer member. Visit the Complimentary Invitations Portal to manage your complimentary Lounge Invitations or call Qantas on 13 11 31 for more information.
16. Do I have to be flying with Qantas or Jetstar to use the QCL Invitation?
Yes, you must be travelling on a Qantas (QF) or Jetstar (JQ) flight to enter the Lounge.
Issues with processing your request
17. I tried to place a request with my QFF Number and email address, but the system said, “Profile Not Found”.
This is because the information you provided us is not registered with ANZ. Please complete the Profile request form for us to verify your account with ANZ.
18. How will I know whether my request was successful or not?
Aspire Lifestyles will send an email to you confirming whether or not the request was successful.
If successful, we will automatically process your redemption request with Qantas. Please allow for an additional 5 business days for the verification process.
19. I have another issue which is not mentioned above.
